Kalpana Yendluri Joins BMO Financial Group as Managing Director & Head of Data and Analytics Environments

(US and Canada) Kalpana Yendluri joins BMO Financial Group as Managing Director & Head of Data and Analytics Environments.  In this role, Yendluri will provide technical, functional, and strategic leadership for the on-prem and cloud environments, enabling Data and Analytics for the enterprise and cloud adoption, and act as a trusted advisor for internal & external stakeholders.  

Prior to joining BMO, Yendluri was Senior Director, Data Management and Governance with Experian Marketing Services; led efforts to mature the Data Governance framework to enable data monetization and innovation; and provided oversight to marketing data compilation.

Yendluri has an energetic, customer-first, technology-driven approach to her profession, forging an impressive 27-year career in the Banking/FinTech industry. Yendluri is passionate about enabling business by providing data-driven insights to drive business outcomes, achieving IT operational excellence through technology modernization, and stakeholder collaboration. Yendluri believes in building high performing global teams and innovative solutions to meet the changing industry needs.

Yendluri provides thought leadership to her alma mater, industry association, and nonprofits local to metro Detroit.  She is passionate about mentoring and developing young talent.
