How do you align IT with business strategy?  

“We are so tightly woven with our business, it’s not hard to do. If you are an automobile manufacturer, the product you sell is produced in the factory. As an insurance company, the product we sell is a policy, and the factory that creates that policy is IT.  So it’s very important that IT and the business of insurance are very tightly aligned.”
