How do you stay abreast of what your competitors are doing in the IT space?   

“The nice part about being in legal IT is that the IT folks really don’t consider themselves to be direct competitors. In the legal space, it’s more of a comradery. Certainly there are some IT groups in bigger firms that do some really great things and are in the headlines. The nice part about our industry is that we learn from what some of the others are doing. People in the legal IT space are great about sharing their successes and lessons learned.”
