What’s the state of business technology in greater Cincinnati region? How do we compare to other cities nationally or globally?

“Paycor is an established company that is unique in that we still think like a start-up. We are always looking for progressive tech-talent in the Cincinnati region. What gives me hope is that under the leadership of Jill Meyer, the Cincinnati Chamber now has a revitalized focus on attracting and developing top tech-talent. This absolutely needs to be a priority.

We’re lucky to have so many great universities in the area, many of whom have engineering and MIS degrees as a top focus. A lot of the graduates choose to leave this region, however, so we need more success stories. We need to cheerlead what each other is doing so that we keep our talent here and attract more talent to the area.”
