“Change management. The clients and companies Paycor is associated with have an appetite for more automation and they have the resources to attain it. There are so many cloud-based offerings at reasonable per-employee, per-month fees, so that it’s very easy to acquire technology. The tricky part is enabling it within an organization and having people with the skills to use it. We’re talking about systemic process improvement and the realization of value, so usage is very important. It’s a challenge, but it really is the best leadership opportunity; if you get good at change management and project management, you really would make a difference in any organization.”
