Celebrating 25 Years of Superior Value, Employee Growth & Improved Lives

Published on

In 1994, when Doug Brown and Tim Shaw formed a technology services company, their mission was to create superior value for their clients, foster growth opportunities for their employees and improve the lives of those in their communities.

Twenty-five years later, that mission has remained the same, but Fusion has since grown from six employees to over 500. It has also expanded from its original location in Indianapolis, Indiana to become a regional firm that serves customers nationally, with local offices in Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Columbus.

Fusion started as a technology consultancy and has evolved to help its customers through their digital transformation journey by leveraging data insights, design experience and technology to transform the way clients connect with their own customers.

Fusion’s customers include a broad base of Fortune 500 companies as well as mid-market clients. Fusion helps solve its customers’ business challenges and optimize customer experiences through digital strategy, data insights, experience design and technology solutions, from executive-level strategy through design and delivery capabilities. What makes Fusion unique is its ability to uncover the underlying needs and motivations of  its customers and translate those insights into business outcomes.

Fusion Alliance was most recently recognized by the Cincinnati Business Courier as the No. 1 web development consulting firm in greater Cincinnati and has been the No. 1 web consulting firm in Indianapolis for the past 16 years. Fusion’s continued success and growth is enhanced by its 96% on-time and on-budget project delivery success rate, coupled with its ability to deliver transformative advice, guidance, architecture, design, and technology solutions that help its clients excel in a rapidly digitizing marketplace.

Fusion’s commitment to customer success stems from its core values: character, team, creativity, commitment and family. These values have enabled the company to excel in creating a positive culture and achieve Top Workplace recognition in various markets over the past 10 years.

Fusion is also deeply entrenched in the communities it serves. Together with its employees, Fusion supports and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, United Way, the Buckeye Ranch, the InterAlliance Tech Olympics, the Center for Leadership Development and many other charities that focus on inspiring and helping advance the success of youth and those less fortunate memebers of thier communities.

On this silver anniversary, Fusion Alliance and its employees aren’t just focusing on past accomplishments. Their eyes are set on a bright future and on spurring the innovation and ingenuity it will require.

According to Dave LeVine, Fusion Alliance VP of Strategy, "Today and in the future, Fusion Alliance is, and will continue to be, well-positioned to help our clients achieve and maintain a competitive advantage by transforming their business models and creating exceptional customer experiences. That’s why we are active sponsors of and participants in programs like Cincinnati Design Week and the MIT Chief Data Officer & Information Quality Symposium. Innovation never rests, and neither do we."
