How do you scale IT projects for faster delivery?

“A primary issue for us here in Cincinnati is that it’s hard to find enough IT resources for roles we have open, specifically around real estate software skills. We end up going to a few partners in Cincinnati to bring people on for consultants or for staff augmentation for very specific projects. Sometimes we even reach out to our ERP Provider in Cleveland who can augment us with their professional services group.”
