Allied Universal has appointed Jordan Avnaim as Global Chief Information Security Officer. In his new role, Avnaim will focus on strengthening the company’s cyber resilience and protecting its critical assets as it operates across more than 100 countries and territories.

Avnaim joins Allied Universal from Hyundai AutoEver America, where he most recently served as Chief Information Security Officer. Previously, he was Chief Information Security Officer at Entrust and held several information security and technology risk leadership roles at Capital Group, including Vice President of Information Security and Technology Risk Management.

Earlier in his career, Avnaim served as Manager of Internal Audit at Advantage Sales & Marketing and as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche, where he provided information technology, security, and auditing consulting services to clients worldwide.

Reflecting on his appointment on LinkedIn, Avnaim said, “Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility.
