Shah is an accomplished product executive with a proven track record of over 18 years of leading large global teams, driving innovation, and creating exceptional digital data products. Her expertise includes product management, data management, business strategy, team building and management, new product launches, and partnerships.

Shah is a seasoned leader driving innovation as the Head of the Enterprise Data Platforms team at American Express. She is responsible for developing American Express' Global Data Products, encompassing the enterprise data lakes, data quality solutions, real-time streaming solutions, and business intelligence offerings.

Prior to her current role, Shah was spearheading the creation of the Enterprise Customer 360 platform, which unified data from various global systems to construct a comprehensive customer view. Recognized for her contributions to the data field, she has been granted multiple patents. She was also awarded the American Express Ed P. Gilligan Award for Innovation. She is also recognized in the Global Data Power Women list of 2023.
