(EMEA) We are pleased to welcome Guillaume Thfoin to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Thfoin is E2E Digital Customer Relationship Chief Data Officer at Schneider Electric. He is responsible for defining and driving the company’s ambitious data and analytics transformation in the End-to-End Digital Customer Relationship area.
Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Thfoin served as VP of Analytics and Data Solutions at Majid Al Futtaim Holding, the largest retail, entertainment, and lifestyle conglomerate in the Middle East. He was in charge of driving a data and analytics transformation to be data-driven, customer-obsessed, and tech-focused.
A proven data and analytics leader with over 15 years of experience, Thfoin has held a variety of roles in major CPG companies such as SC Johnson, Kraft Foods, Nielsen, and Yahoo. He also led product and strategy in Teralytics, a telecom big data monetization start-up based in Zurich and New York.
Thfoin is highly involved in the regional data scene with corporates, government, and academia, and has been honored to be part of Digital Dubai's AI ethics advisory board, Forbes' Middle East Tech Advisory panel as well as Fast Company Middle East AI Council. He also co-directs the Dubai program of ESCP’s M.Sc. In Big Data and Analytics.
