Ramadas is Director, Data Strategy and Management for Private Markets at Aviva Investors, a leading global asset manager. In this role, he leads the development and execution of data strategies that drive operational efficiency, enhance data governance, and embed data-driven decision-making across the business. He works closely with investment, operations, and technology teams to integrate high-quality, scalable data capabilities into core business processes.

With over 20 years of experience dedicated to the data space, he has led major transformation initiatives across banking, financial services, and other industries, working with organizations across multiple countries.

Prior to joining Aviva Investors, he was a data and AI/ML leader at AWS, partnering with C-level executives to define and scale enterprise-wide data and AI strategies. Throughout his career, he has been focused on modern data platform development, cloud transformation, and driving innovation at scale.

He is passionate about advancing data and AI maturity within organizations and actively mentors the next generation of data leaders, helping businesses unlock the full value of their data assets.
