The Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation DASA (DE&C) has appointed Patricia Stolz as its new Chief Data Officer. Stolz previously served as a Senior Strategist at DASA (DE&C). In her new position, she will oversee the development of a holistic data strategy to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in foreign military sales cases.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as the Chief Data Officer in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation,” she announced on LinkedIn.
Stolz previously served as the Cyber Policy Advisor in the U.S. Department of Defense, supporting the department’s leadership in identifying opportunities to grow bilateral and regional cyber relationships within the Western Hemisphere and Africa.
She also acted as the Deputy for the Enhance Partner Capability Division within the Strategy, Engagement, and Programs Directorate at U.S. Africa Command, and as the Branch Chief for the Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System team in the U.S. Southern Command.
Stolz has a bachelor’s degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University, and second master’s degree in National Strategic Studies from National War College.
