Risk and compliance teams, including Chief Security Officers, must stay ahead of emerging legislation by adopting a more iterative approach and integrating new tools and processes to enhance agility.

Similarly, Nia says that Chief Data Officers must collaborate closely with Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Officers, and Chief Executive Officers to align data strategies with the organization's overall business objectives and risk appetite, ensuring a successful AI adoption journey.

Nia emphasizes that achieving success is a gradual process, requiring multiple iterations. Each iteration provides results that the senior leadership team should evaluate to shape a strategy grounded in reality and actual outcomes. While the process may not be straightforward, she believes it’s certainly achievable through what she terms "purposeful collaboration," where progress is driven by iterative efforts.
