Boys Hope Girls Hope (BHGH) and title sponsor, iSqFt celebrated the 2016 Hearts of Hope Gala on February 13 at The Grand Ballroom of the Duke Energy Center.

The BHGH board of directors and and iSqFt, presented the Heart of Gold Award to the Marge and Charles J. Schott Foundation for their exceptional service and dedication to the Boys Hope Girls Hope Scholars. "The Marge and Charles J. Schott Foundation has been tireless in its commitment to the Greater Cincinnati community, supporting the pursuit of academic excellence and the overall welfare of this community's greatest asset, its youth," says Debbie Bowman, president of Boys Hope Girls Hope.

Throughout Boys Hope Girls Hope's 30+ year history, Marge and Charles J. Schott Foundation has been foundational in its support and partnering with BHGH as it carries out its mission of providing a stable living environment for its academically capable and motivated pre-college scholars and collegiate scholars who are striving to make a better life for themselves and their families.

iSqFt has been a generous community leader, including several years ago formerly "adopting" BHGH as iSqFt's charitable organization. In addition, Dave Conway, iSqFt's president and CEO, is the current chair of the Boys Hope Girls Hope board of directors and over the years has committed significant time, talent and treasure to both grow and strengthen BHGH. Bowman says, "We are truly grateful for Dave's and iSqFt's ongoing generous support."

Proceeds from the gala are targeted at funding the operational expenses assoctiated with BHGH's unique hollistic approach of providing its scholars with four critical ingredients for success that they would otherwise not have available to them at home: stability, opportunities, positive parental role models and a high quality education. BHGH Cincinnati operates two Boys Hope homes and one Girls Hope homes which currently serve a total of 24 pre-college scholars and 18 collegiate scholars.
