The tuxedoes are stunning and the clients are satisfied, which is the way it has been since the store opened in 1973. Although formal wear is the staple of this family business, a growing selection of men’s dress and casual attire fills the showroom.

Three Folchi siblings oversee the company, which has three locations. If they are together, you see the affection as they interact with an infectious playfulness, taking turns razzing each other about their respective roles within the thriving business.

And while they like to have fun at work, the siblings form a serious entrepreneurial team, striving "to stay with it," as Mike Folchi says, referring to up-to-date formalwear styles. Mark Folchi chimes in, "We go to the market every six months" to stay current in a constantly evolving industry.

In addition, Mark emphasizes the first-class customer service that loyal customers have come to expect at each Folchi location.

Built on the twin foundations of work ethic and value instilled by their parents, Adelo and Natalina, the siblings’ mantra is work hard and please the customers. Marisa Folchi Strickland, senior manager and buyer, says the firm’s Facebook reviews indicate their customers’ overall satisfaction.

"Tuxedos aside," Mike wants each customer to ask, "How was I treated as a person?" Keeping with the tradition set by their parents, treating customers with the utmost respect is the reason they will return to the stores.

"As owner operators," Marisa says, "we love what we do." This is obvious the moment people meet her or her brothers. It becomes more obvious when customers see the result of their passion: a finely dressed man.
