New Beginnings in the New Year

The New Year brings an exciting beginning for patrons of Water Tower Fine Wines. Owners David and Jan Lazarus are gearing up for 2016 as the first phase of renovations come to an end. 

"We’re near the finish line, but there is fine tuning and polishing to be done over the next couple of months as we put everything in its place, so we hope our loyal customers will bear with us," says David. 

He hopes to have the entire project completed by the end of February. The store will continue to carry an enormous selection of more than 2,000 bottles of wine. As the inventory is reorganized, David has uncovered a number of hidden treasures. 

"There are roughly 200 wines that will be uncovered through the renovation process," says David. "Wines that haven’t been on the shelves for purchase."

Water Tower Fine Wines continues to be available to host events as renovations come to an end. The facility can accommodate 75-100 people inside. There will continue to be various tastings and events each month. 

David and Jan hope to add a rooftop deck to the building in late spring or early summer to increase seating for events.
