Alexander P. Kuhns and Christie Bryant Kuhns exchanged vows on June 14, 2014 accompanied by 230 of their friends and family members. Both the wedding ceremony and the reception were held at Walnut Hills High School. The wedding party consisted of an intimate group of two bridesmaids, two junior bridesmaids, three groomsmen and two junior groomsmen.

Christie’s favorite memories from her special day include watching her family and friends have a great time dancing, having her hair styled perfectly by Jeanine Wright and walking down the aisle to see her soon-to-be husband standing at the alter. Alex’s most memorable moments were the exchanging of vows, the bridal party toasts and the friends and family dancing together.

Alex, a board member for Cincinnati Public Schools and Christie, State Representative-Elect for the Ohio House of Representatives, met at a community council meeting in December of 2012. After dating for nearly a year, Alex popped the question on August 15, 2013 at his 30th birthday dinner.

The Walnut Hills String Quartet, along with The Music Concierge, provided outstanding entertainment throughout the night. MSJ Professional Imagery captured each moment of the yellow and grey chevron themed wedding with beautiful photos. Four Seasons Catering provided food for the event along with a delicious and beautiful cake made by Patricia’s Cakes. Details2Decor planned an unforgettable wedding and reception by bringing each and every one of Alex and Christie’s visions to life. Details2Decor also provided the lavish floral arrangements. The Kuhn’s stationary vendor, RPK Design, Inc, was able to create a design that flowed well with the theme of the event.

Following the wedding of their dreams, the couple flew out of the country to celebrate. The newlyweds honeymooned in the Bahamas and enjoyed their stay at The Grand Lucayan Resort.
