Bill Stiller and his wife are in the process of moving to Cincinnati from Texas to be closer to family. 

"We made initial contact with Mike six months ago to talk about our general interest in moving to the area. We had a general idea of the areas we were interested in, but we were very unsure of whether we wanted to build or buy something on the market," says Stiller. "We’ve had several conversations and a couple of meetings with the team to explore both alternatives in detail."
