Chef Adam Wylie and his top-notch kitchen staff are ready to please you with a warm bowl of soup, a shared flatbread or a full-course lunch or dinner. Trio’s starters are generous and delicious. Only the finest ingredients are used in Trio’s meatballs, crab cake sliders and baked brie with cranberry compote. Pan-seared Scottish salmon and New England diver scallops headline the seafood entrees. The butcher shop serves a hearty Berkshire bone-in pork chop, grilled to please. The menu also features outstanding pastas, salads, sandwiches and the terrific Trio meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy and crispy onions. (Don’t let your mom know.)

The team at Trio Bistro doesn’t rely entirely on its successful past. Trio owner Gregg Pancero says, "With 8,000 restaurant seats added regionally in recent years, it is important to know about our guests’ lives, how the pace of life changes, how they entertain and celebrate."

This leads Trio to innovate in menus, ingredients, themes, decor and events. Trio wants to be your choice for date night, dinner with the neighbors, prom night and dining club. 

The recently remodeled Veranda creates a versatile indoor/outdoor space to dine while enjoying the weather. Available for special events, the Veranda can be configured to comfortably accommodate as many as 70 guests. It is perfect for business gatherings, rehearsal dinners, weddings and family special occasions. Trio also offers its comfortable Kenwood and Sycamore rooms for special events. All these rooms can be equipped with a full complement of audio-visual equipment.
