Now in its 55th year, HOMEARAMA annually attracts thousands of Cincinnatians interested in seeing the latest trends in home construction and amenities. If you are thinking about building or remodeling your home, this is THE place to be.
Builders, passionate about the months and months of hard work and design expertise they put into these homes, are proud to present HOMEARAMA 2018, Highlands at Heritage Hill, located in Union Township, Warren County, in the highly-ranked Kings School District. This year’s event, sponsored by JP Flooring Design Center and Semco Outdoor, showcases 10 gorgeous homes touting a variety of architectural styles, with homes ranging in price from $1 million to $2 million-plus.
Developed by Highlands One, LLC, Highlands at Heritage Hill features large, heavily wooded home sites, includes a pool and community area, complete with a garden, fishing pond, playground, sports field and a wooded hiking trail. It’s close to Kings Island, TPC River Bend Golf Course, the Little Miami bike path and Countryside YMCA. Neighboring communities Landen, Kings Mills and Mason also provide a plethora of options for dining, shopping and entertainment.
HOMEARAMA, produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, will feature beautiful homes by the following local builders:
Between home tours, HOMEARAMA guests will be treated to plenty of fun attractions, including Ladies’ Night with Wine and Shopping, Art in the Park, Lebanon Train Ride and many others. Vonderhaar’s Catering will provide concessions. Also providing food and drink: Grainworks Brewery, Rivertown Brewery, Valley Vineyard and a variety of food trucks. Several area bands will provide music.
When Is It? July 21- August 5; Monday-Thursday, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday-Sunday, Noon to 10 p.m.
How Much Does It Cost? Tickets are $16 at the gate or online at citybuilders.com. Discount tickets are available at area Kroger Stores for $15. Children 12 and under get in for free if accompanied by an adult. A special two-day ticket for $24 will be available at the gate only.
Please note that no strollers, wagons or child backpacks with metal frames are permitted in the show homes, and no pets, except for service animals, are permitted within the show site.
Parking is included in the ticket price.
How Do We Get There? Use 3284 Columbia Road, Lebanon, OH 45036 for GPS directions. Or, if you’re traveling old school: I-71 North to the Kings Mills exit, right on Kings Mills Road, left on Columbia Road, left at the bottom of the hill on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road, then an immediate right back onto Columbia Road. Entrance is on the left, one mile, so just follow the signs to HOMEARAMA parking.
