Brent Degenhardt, president of City Wide Maintenance of Cincinnati, has recently been inducted into the Leadership Northern Kentucky (LNK) Class of 2017 by Impact Northern Kentucky, a nonprofit of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
The LNK program is designed to help a diverse group of potential, emerging and existing community leaders acquire an understanding of the strengths and challenges of the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area. Degenhardt, along with the 51 other members of the LNK class of 2017, will participate in the eight-month long program representing a cross section of the community including business, government, education, non-profit and community organizations.
This special honor comes as Brent continues to build a robust and diverse client base in various sectors, managing 25 facility services for more than 50 clients across the Cincinnati and Dayton metro areas.
City Wide Maintenance has made a name for itself in the area by streamlining commercial facilities and maintenance management of more than 20 services through a collection of service providers and alliance partners, including floor care, window washing, janitorial supplies, parking lot maintenance and several others. Taking the onus off building owners and property management companies that typically have to choose separate companies for each task, City Wide eases the selection and management processes for its clients.
