The Ramada Plaza in Sharonville is getting a serious facelift in the near future. Guests can look forward to the first of a series of Delta Hotels by Marriott in Ohio. The Ramada Plaza will be switching to the Delta Hotels brand with a renovation of $8 to $10 million dollars. The hotel offers the ideal location, situated across from the Sharonville Convention Center in the heart of the Northern Lights District.
The renovation will include the rooms and common spaces for guests, improvement of various event spaces and a new rooftop bar. Delta Hotels is a four-star brand of hotels and resorts located primarily in Canada, with the first hotel in the United States added in 2015. The chain is wholly owned by Marriott International. The renovation is expected to create up to 50 new jobs, opening in the fall of 2019. Jay Bedi, assistant general manager and director of operations for LDI Hospitality Management Corp., ( a Marriott-approved management company ) calls the new Delta brand, "stylish, streamlined and sophisticated," offering the essentials for the modern frequent traveler and a lean and flexible operating model.
That sounds like a win all the way around.
