Cincinnati-based grilled cheese and tomato soup restaurant Tom+Chee is proud to once again partner with local breast cancer awareness organization, The Kentucky Thorough-Breasts (www.kythoroughbreasts.com), to support breast cancer awareness and research through the sale of its Pink Dragon Fire Donut.
Tom+Chee’s Pink Dragon Fire Donut made its return in September, in conjunction with Paddling for Cancer Awareness, Inc.’s Kentucky Dragon Boat Festival, which took place September 6. This twist on Tom+Chee’s famous grilled cheese donut features strawberry mascarpone, strawberry jalapeño compote, and graham cracker. It will be available to patrons in the Cincinnati and Louisville markets through the end of October, and ten percent of proceeds from the sale of Pink Dragon Fire Donuts will be donated to The Kentucky Thorough-Breasts organization.
"We’re proud to once again partner with the Kentucky Thorough-Breasts," said co-founders Jenny Rachford and Jennifer Quackenbush. "It’s a wonderful organization, and an important cause to support. We hope our customers, fans and community will join us in supporting breast cancer awareness and research by stopping in for a Pink Dragon Fire Donut."
