Forman is Pfizer Digital’s Vice President of R&D AI, Data, and Analytics, bringing nearly 25 years of expertise in data-driven innovation and artificial intelligence. His career is distinguished by strategic leadership roles where he has leveraged AI and data to drive business growth, enhance customer and employee experiences, and cultivate a culture of innovation and responsible technology use.

Beyond the corporate world, Forman shares his knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at the Tippie School of Business, University of Iowa. His work at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Oracle Corporation, and Los Alamos National Laboratory, where he focused on non-proliferation and international security, underscores his global perspective, strategic thinking, and commitment to using data and AI to create a more sustainable and just world.

Forman resides in Seattle with his family. When not working, he can be found on his gravel bike, playing guitar, or enjoying the food and wine of the Pacific Northwest.
